‘Yan boko da masu hali sun maida hankali akan dankalin turawa kuma doya tana tsada gaskiya. Domin tsumi da kuma samun amfanin lafiyar jiki yana da kyau mu gwada maida ‘gwaza’ ko ‘makani’ wani bangare na abincinmu na yau da kullum.

1. Gwaza ta fi shinkafa, Dankalin turawa da doya dukka amfani, kuma ta fi su saukin kudi.

2. Gwaza tana dauke da sinadirai akalla 7 masu yawa da jiki yake bukata.

3. Gwaza ta fi dankali da doya saurin dahuwa.

4. Gwaza tana rike ciki tsawon lokaci, ga kuma kawar da yunwa cikin gaggawa.

5. Gwaza tana dauke da Vitamin; K, C, E, B6, da dai sauransu.

6. Gwaza tana da araha sosai.
