The General Officer Commanding (GOC) 3 Division Nigerian Army and Commander Operation SAFE HAVEN, Major General Ibrahim Ali, has commissioned the newly constructed and furnished 23 Brigade Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) house and the newly constructed block of accommodation for soldiers at Gibson Jalo Cantonment Yola, Adamawa State.
The GOC in his remarks shortly before the commissioning charged the RSM of various units to put in their best and pay back to the service through commitment and dedication to duty. He said the commissioning of the projects was in line with the commitment of the chief of Army Staff to improve the living standard of personnel and their families.
Speaking earlier, the Commander 23 Brigade Brigadier General Aminu Garba thanked the Chief of Army Staff for resonating the prestige of RSM through welfare package. He further thanked the GOC 3 Division for his support to the Brigade.
