Finally, as we all now know, President Muhammadu Buhari has kept his promise of constructing the Second Niger Bridge after decades of failure by previous administrations to build it.
The bridge, which has now become one of his major legacies in the development of Nigeria’s infrastructure, was commissioned by him on Monday, the 22nd of May 2023, after which it was appropriately renamed as The Muhammadu Buhari Bridge in his honour.
